How can I change my shipping address? 

Unfortunately, after order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us  at customercare@shoptrendmates.com and we will do our best to see if it can be adjusted.

My order was marked as delivered, but has not yet Arrived. 

Trendmates insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is marked as delivered. Once marked as delivered, responsibility for your purchased good passes to you.

Orders successfully marked as delivered may not be refunded.
