Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitted.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to customercare@shoptrendmates.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It takes 1-3 business days to process your order after your order is placed, we use Shippo(USPS) for shipping services, which generally takes 2-5 business days.

I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange if for a different size?

We're happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! otherwise, we only replace items if they 

arrived defective or damaged, if you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at customercare@shoptrendmates.com.

Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?

Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.

How do I know which size fits me?

Each product page has a size chart (INCHES/CM) and a size guide at the end of the product image gallery.

CARE

How do I care for my Trendmates products?

We select and test fabrics to ensure that all garments may be machine washed easily. that being said,

please follow the care instructions of each garment. When in doubt , hand wash would be best, and if you use the washer, please place them with similar colors.

Our rules we go by:

1. Hand wash - For delicate items stick to spot cleaning only. Otherwise, hand wash cold with a mild detergent to maintain the color and feel. Leave to soak for a few minutes, then treat with a fabric conditioner in the final rinse to keep its hand feel. Rinse well in cold water and avoid wringing, keep to line drying your garment inside out away from the sunlight.

2. Wash Cold- Wash Clothes in cold water, as opposed to warm or hot, and always wait until you have a full load. Hang or Lay flat to dry.

3. Steaming and Ironing- Turn your garment inside out and iron it on the lowest setting as "cool iron", if needed, Spray some water to help straighten out the wrinkles.
