We aim to provide quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please notify our Trendmates Service Team within 4 days of receiving your order, along with photos to support your claim.

To avoid the need for returns or exchanges, please confirm the style and size before placing your order. If unsure, feel free to contact us for size recommendations.

Please refer to our sizing chart for accurate sizing. Variations in design and style may cause slight differences between items of the same size. Be sure to check the actual measurements provided.
Return Conditions
In the event you wish to return an item, please note the following:

You have 15 days (?) from delivery to decide if the item is suitable for you.

For sanitary reasons, returns are not accepted on swimsuits.

We do not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, washing, improper care, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with tags and in the original packaging.

Order Cancellations/Exchanges: Orders can be canceled for free if the package has not been handed to the shipping carrier. Once shipped, cancellations or exchanges are not possible.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Process a Return

Contact Us at customercare@shoptrendmates.com. with details of the items you wish to return and photos of any defects.

Once you receive the return address, securely package the items in their original packaging.

Drop off your return at your local post office.

Send us the tracking number, and we will process your return promptly. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge handling fees for returns.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the product was not received or was defective/wrong, we will provide a resolution within 2 business days after the estimated delivery time.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your order. Please note, credit and debit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to process.
Additional Notes:

Minor issues such as loose threads, raw edges, slight color differences due to monitor settings, and variations in texture or thickness are not considered defects.

Returns based on dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference do not qualify as quality issues.
